Advice Evolution’s favourite time of the year is when we get to hold our annual conference! We have always put great importance on continuing to produce conferences that are valuable to our advisers, as we believe that giving everyone the opportunity to catch up and share ideas is highly beneficial to not only the growth of our advisers but also to their motivation. Advice can be a lonely business, so the more opportunities we can create to bring our advisers together to collaborate, the better.  

 

We also run state based (hybrid physical & virtual attendance) professional development days which have been very successful. It has been highly important to us to ensure that our advisers regularly get the opportunity to either attend a PD day in their city and brainstorm with their peers or be able to dial in virtually to gain access to updated education sessions whilst acquiring CPD points.
